Our scapes are harvested once a year during a short window in late spring, typically late May through late June. We remove them by hand after they complete their first full curl to maximize bulb size.
Scapes sell out quickly — reserving ahead of time is the best way to guarantee your bundle.
Fresh cured bulbs become available after our July–August harvest. We grow two varieties: German Extra Hardy (large cloves, robust flavor) and Chesnok Red (purple-striped, excellent for roasting).
Bulbs are sold individually or by the pound. Seed garlic is also available in limited quantities in the fall.
