3 Bears Farm, LLC ("3 Bears Farm," "we," "us") respects your privacy. This page explains what information we collect when you use 3bearsfarm.com or the Garlic Harvest App, why we collect it, and how you can control it.
When you make a reservation: name, email address, phone number, mailing address, and the product/quantity you're reserving. We use this to process your order, contact you about pickup or delivery, and send a confirmation email.
When you sign up for our newsletter: your email address, via our newsletter signup form (powered by MailerLite).
When you use the Garlic Harvest App (beta): your email address and display name to create an account, and any plant photos you upload for AI analysis. Photos are used only to generate your analysis results and are not shared outside that purpose.
When you use our live chat: the messages you send us, and your email address if you choose to provide it, via our chat widget (powered by Tawk.to).
General site visits: we use a privacy-focused, cookieless analytics service (GoatCounter) that records aggregate information like page views, device type, and referring site — not anything that identifies you personally.
We do not sell your information to third parties, and we do not use your reservation or account information for advertising.

Our own analytics (GoatCounter) doesn't use cookies. The live chat widget (Tawk.to) and newsletter tool (MailerLite) may set their own cookies to operate their features — you can control these through your browser's cookie settings.
We keep reservation and order records for as long as needed for recordkeeping and to serve you as a repeat customer. Garlic Harvest App account data is kept while your account is active. You can ask us to delete your information at any time — see "Your Choices" below.
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time (every newsletter email includes an unsubscribe link). To make a request, email us at hello@3bearsfarm.com.
3bearsfarm.com and the Garlic Harvest App are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
