Our apiary is home to honeybees and another part of life at 3 Bears Farm. In partnership with Greenway Apiaries, we bring beekeeping to the farm and a closer look at the remarkable work of honeybees. As they gather nectar and pollen, the bees help pollinate flowering plants across the surrounding landscape.
A single honeybee colony can visit and pollinate up to 300 million flowers in just one day — adding even more pollination power to the pesticide-free fields and meadow borders we already maintain as a Certified Pollinator Steward.
The apiary reflects our commitment to caring for the land, supporting pollinators, and learning from the natural world. We look forward to sharing updates from the hives and glimpses of the changing seasons with you.
